Our process for shingle roofs
Step 1
Arrival around 6:30 AM
Step 2
Remove all existing shingles.
Step 3
Install 3′ of Ice guard.
Step 4
Install Synthetic Underlayment
Step 5
Install Owens Corning duration shingles.
Step 6
Clean up and magnet sweep.
Step 7
Enjoy your new roof!

Replacing sheeting or boards will be an additional cost.
- 50% of the payment is due 2 weeks before the start date. The rest is due the day the job is completed!
Our service area is a 2 1/2 hour radius from our location in Fredericksburg, OH. That means that we covers a majority of central and northern Ohio, as well as parts of Pennsylvania. Want to know if you are in our radius?
Things you can do to help!
1. Mow the lawn. (It helps us with the magnet sweeping)
2. Move any lawn furniture etc. 30 feet away from house. (There's a lot of debris coming off the roof)
3. Remove anything attached to roof/gutters. (String lights etc.)
4. Give your neighbors a heads up that we’re coming. (It makes a lot of noise removing old shingles)
5. Take vehicles out of the garage that you will be needing for that day. (We like to park our trailer right in front of the garage to throw old shingles in)
